This digital application form is intended to gather basic contact information, goals, pre-order athletic apparel. You will be notified by e-mail upon a successful or unsuccessful application. You will be contacted via email if you have or have not been successfully accepted in May.

TUITION:
*The 2025-26 tuition is $1200, paid over 8 months ($125 monthly Sept - May)
*A non-refundable $200 deposit is required for each participant

*Opt to pay the full tuition by May 31st and receive a LPSD Academy Hoodie
